Do I have to have a Bellsouth phone line to get dial through Redline?

It does not matter for dial.

Once I signup, when can I get started?

Immediately.  There is no software to install.  One of our qualified technicians will walk your setup over the phone.

What do you offer in tech support?

Our tech support hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.  Redline is an affiliate partner with Carbonite. We offer an Annual Online Backup/Tech Support Plan that includes:  carbonite backup for 1 year, unlimited remote access and 3 free home pc support visits for $19.95/mo or $199/yr. After ordering, how do I cancel or modify my order / service?

All cancellations must be in writing (via letter, email or fax).  Restocking fees may apply to customers purchasing equipment.  Annual dial accounts are nonrefundable after 5 business days.  Please also see our terms page for more details.

Is there a contract?

We do offer discounts for customers who choose the annual contract plan.  Month to month plans are also available for dial customers and commercial service.  The Online Backup/Tech Support Plan is an annual contract. 

I am moving out of state.  Is there anyway I can keep my dial and email?

We do offer dial access all over Florida and nationwide.  Please give the office a call to see what is available in your area.  We also offer just email accounts.
