Terms

By signing up for our services, you agree to the following:

 

  • Redline has the right to refuse service to anyone.
  • Redline internet tech support is available from 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.  We have voicemail support on our lines, should you encounter an emergency outside these hours.  We keep technical support line's message up to date during technical difficulties.  You may contact technical support at (904) 281-0009 or support@redlineservices.net.
  • If you cancel your Redline dial account within 5 business days you will be not be charged for that month of service.  You will only be charged the setup fee.
  • Redline is not held responsible for any difficulties from installing our setup utilities or from any software you download off the internet.
  • All cancellations must be received by writing (via mail, email or fax).  There are no exceptions to this policy.  Cancellations will be accepted at any time but will only take effect as of the last business day of the month the cancellation was received.  Please make sure you receive a confirmation on your cancellation to make sure that your cancellation was received.  If you do not have a confirmation and you are continued to be billed, you will be responsible for the amount billed.
  • Redline does not pro-rate billing.  Billing cycles are from the first day of the month to the last day of the month, and as such there are no partial month credits.
  • There is a $10.00 fee to switch between dial accounts, change username, or changing passwords.
  • If you fail to pay on a timely basis, your account will be placed on hold.  There is a $10.00 reconnection fee to reactivate the account.
  • For all invoices there is a $2.50 invoice fee, applied per billing period.
  • Annual accounts carry a discount, however, if you do not complete the length of contract, you will loose the discount.  This does not apply to the $99 annual contract.  There are no monies refunded after the first 5 business days of the contract account.
  • Redline is in the business of providing connections to the internet.  Our technicians are here to make sure your internet connection is working.  Unfortunately, our technicians cannot teach you how to use the internet over the phone.  We suggest visiting your local book or computer store and purchasing a book on the internet.  Our technicians do offer home visit training for 49.95/per hour.
  • All monthly accounts are paid one month in advance.  For example, the first monthly bill will carry charges for 2 months.
  • Unlimited access means that there are no hourly charges, and you can log on anytime you want.  Unlimited access does not mean you can stay online 24 hours a day 7 days a week.  If you want this type of access you need to inquire about dedicated lines.
  • Sending out mass emails are prohibited.  Should you need to send a mass email, or have any questions about mass emailing please fee free to call us.
  • Setup fees are nonrefundable.

Equipment Purchases:

  •  No refunds or exchanges on equipment purchases after 30 days.
  • There will be a 25% restocking fee for return items, and 40% restocking fee for international orders.

Web Hosting 

  •  FTP access and or FrontPage access is available to every customer.  Customers are responsible for their own backups.
